With many years of experience, clear responsibility, and a focus on the essentials, Axel Schweitzer (left) and Jens Schweitzer (right) are the second generation to lead the company. Together, they represent continuity, innovative strength, and a collaborative corporate culture – always with the goal of creating sustainable logistics solutions for our customers.
The story behind
Schweitzer Spedition
When our company was founded in 1966 by the first generation, at first glance there was little indication of the visionary power of today's company. However, at second glance there was: Our founding father – a sawmill master in the Swabian Forest – recognized early on that wood alone was not enough. Therefore, he founded a haulage company to transport the timber reliably and profitably to the processing plants.
Today, in the second generation, we're no longer content with simply getting products from A to B. We develop and implement sophisticated logistics and service concepts, manage entire supply chains, and think far beyond traditional transportation. We're IT specialists and process experts.
With the third generation, the company's future has now arrived. They bring new impetus, combine tradition with innovation, and are poised to continue the success story of Schweitzer Spedition.
